We use the collected information strictly for managing your conference registration, communicating event updates, generating invoices, and arranging your selected accommodation at the ITC Grand Chola.

Your payment details are processed securely via Razorpay and are not stored on our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information may be shared with our venue partners solely for the purpose of your accommodation booking.
